I. General provisions
These Terms of Use (hereinafter — "Agreement") govern the relationship between „Demo Trans” S.R.L., IDNO 1000000000000, registered with Agenția Servicii Publice on 15/01/2020, with its registered office at str. Demo 1, MD-2000 Chișinău, Republica Moldova (hereinafter — "Company"), and the user of the fug00.wgo.md website and its associated applications (hereinafter — "User").
Using the website fug00.wgo.md and related services constitutes the User's full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. If the User does not accept the terms of the Agreement, they must stop using the service.
The Company reserves the right to amend the Agreement unilaterally. The current version is always available on this page.

This Agreement is drafted in Romanian and translated into other languages for the User's convenience. In case of discrepancy between language versions, the Romanian version prevails.
II. Subject matter of the agreement
The Company provides the User with access to the online service for searching, booking and purchasing bus tickets on Demo Transport routes.
Within the service, the User is entitled to:
- view the schedule and seat availability;
- purchase bus tickets;
- manage bookings through their personal account;
- obtain information about routes and transport conditions.
III. Registration and account
To use certain features of the service, the User must register by providing accurate personal data.
The User bears full responsibility for:
- the security of their account login details;
- all actions performed using their account;
- immediately notifying the Company of any unauthorised access to the account.
The Company may block an account if the terms of this Agreement are violated.
IV. Ticket purchase and payment
Tickets are purchased through the website or mobile application using available payment instruments.
Purchase conditions:
- ticket prices are shown in Moldovan lei (MDL) and may change without prior notice;
- payment is made in full at the time of booking;
- the e-ticket is sent to the email address provided by the User;
- the Company is not liable for incorrectly entered contact details.
V. Ticket refund and exchange
Ticket refund and exchange conditions are governed by Demo Transport carrier rules:
- a ticket may be refunded no later than 24 hours before the departure;
- a service fee as stated at the time of purchase is retained upon refund;
- exchanging a ticket for another trip is possible if seats are available;
- if a trip is cancelled by the Company, payments are refunded in full.
To process a refund or exchange, contact customer support or Demo Transport ticket offices.
VI. Booking for other passengers
The User may make a booking for other passengers. In that case the User provides only the information necessary for the journey, is responsible for its accuracy and confirms that they are authorised to provide those people's data.
The User must inform the other passengers about the booking, about the conditions of carriage and about the fact that their data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
All notices about such an order — tickets, schedule changes, cancellations and refunds — are sent to the person who made the booking, unless stated otherwise.
VII. Travel documents and boarding
The passenger must carry a valid ticket and the documents required for the journey and for crossing the border: an identity document or passport, a visa, a child's travel consent and any other documents the route requires.
The ticket is presented at boarding — printed, in the app or as a QR code. The carrier may check that the documents match the details on the ticket and may refuse boarding where documents are missing or invalid, or where the passenger's details do not match.
For discounted journeys, a document confirming the discount entitlement must be presented. The passenger is responsible for complying with border, customs and immigration requirements.
VIII. Underage passengers
The service is not intended for a child to place an order independently where they lack the necessary capacity. A booking is made and supervised by a parent, guardian or another authorised adult, unless the law and the carrier's rules allow otherwise.
The conditions for carrying minors, including unaccompanied minors, are set by the carrier's rules and by law. The necessary documents and accompaniment are arranged by the person who made the booking.
IX. User rights and obligations
The User undertakes to:
- provide accurate and up-to-date data when registering and placing orders;
- not use the service for unlawful purposes;
- not take actions that disrupt the website's operation or violate third-party rights;
- comply with passenger and baggage transport rules set by the Company.
The User has the right to receive accurate information about services, fares and transport conditions.
X. Company rights and obligations
The Company undertakes to:
- ensure uninterrupted operation of the service and promptly resolve technical issues;
- protect Users' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy;
- inform Users of changes to the schedule and transport conditions.
The Company may suspend or terminate services in case of User's violation of the Agreement, as well as for technical or other reasons.
XI. Service and marketing messages
Service messages — confirmation codes, tickets, receipts, payment status, schedule changes, boarding details and security warnings — are sent to the extent necessary to fulfil the order and keep the journey safe, and do not require separate consent.
Marketing messages and news are sent only after prior consent has been obtained. Consent is given separately from acceptance of this Agreement, is not a condition of buying a ticket or receiving support, and can be withdrawn at any time free of charge and as easily as it was given. Unsubscribe requests are acted on without delay.
XII. Limitation of liability
The Company is not liable for:
- losses caused by force majeure circumstances;
- delays due to reasons beyond the Company's control;
- actions of third parties, including payment systems and partners;
- any damage resulting from improper use of the service by the User.
The Company's liability is limited to the cost of services rendered.
XIII. Intellectual property
All materials on the fug00.wgo.md website, including texts, images, logos and source code, are the property of Demo Transport and are protected by intellectual property law.
Copying, reproducing or distributing website materials without the Company's written consent is prohibited.
XIV. Personal data
Use of the service involves processing the User's personal data. The categories of data, the purposes and legal bases of processing, retention periods, recipients of the data and the User's rights are described in the Privacy Policy published on the website.
A User who provides other passengers' data confirms that they are authorised to do so and have informed those people about the applicable processing conditions.
Processing of the User's personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, published on fug00.wgo.md, and is carried out in accordance with Law No. 195/2024 on the protection of personal data.
XV. Third-party services and links
The service may link to, or interact with, carrier websites, payment pages, maps, social networks, app stores and other third-party services.
Such services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. This Agreement does not govern their activities; please read their terms before using them.
XVI. Changes to the Agreement
This Agreement may be updated because of changes to the service, payment arrangements, carrier requirements or the law. The current version is published on this page together with the date it was last updated.
Where a change materially affects the User's rights, additional notice is given through the website, the app, the account or by email. Orders already placed are governed by the version in force at the time they were placed.
XVII. Governing law and dispute resolution
This Agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. In particular, Law No. 105/2003 on consumer protection, Law No. 284/2004 on electronic commerce and Road Transport Code No. 150/2014 apply.
The mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the User's country of habitual residence apply where they are more favourable to the User than this Agreement.
Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably or through the procedure set out in Chapter XVIII are resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
XVIII. Extrajudicial dispute resolution
Before applying to the court, the User who has the status of a consumer may resort to extrajudicial resolution of the dispute.
Alternative dispute resolution entities are registered with Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization, which publishes their updated list at:

If, at the time of the dispute, no competent alternative dispute resolution entity is available, the User may apply to the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova. Resorting to the extrajudicial procedure does not in any way affect the User's right to apply to the court.
